Noodle stick soup with vegetables

Noodle stick soup with vegetables is an East and Southeast Asian dish. It packs with anti-aging and anti-oxidant ingredients and good for those who are in a diet. This is a budget friendly dish

  • Wooden ladle
  • Chopping Board
  • Small wok

Ingredients

  • 1 piece medium size bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 piece small size carrot, chopped
  • 1/4 of medium size cabbage, chopped
  • 250 grams noodle stick
  • 2 tablespoon patis
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cloaves of garlic
  • 1 piece medium size red onion
  • 2 cups of water

Procedure

  • Cook it in low fire, adjust to medium if necessary
  • Prepare your wok
  • Saute garlic and onion simultaneously
  • Add carrots till wilted
  • Add patis and ground black pepper
  • Add all the remaining vegetables
  • After 5 minutes, add water and let it boil
  • Add the noodle stick
  • Simmer about 10 minutes
  • Then serve
