Ingredients


  • Minced chicken boiled breast, 50 grams
  • Minced white mushroom, 50 grams
  • 1 piece medium size onion, chopped
  • 3 pieces spring onion leaves, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter, unsalted
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 egg white, stirred
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 liter water

Procedure

  • Boil chicken with 1 liter water and wait till cooked then set aside
  • Saute onion with butter and wait till slightly brown in a pot
  • Add mushroom and wait about 10 minutes
  • Add salt and ground pepper
  • Add chicken stock and let it boil for 5 minutes
  • Add minced or shredded chicken
  • Add cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water and let it boil
  • Simmer for about 5 minutes then garnish with the spring onion
  • Serve hot
